How much does a HubSpot build cost?+

Pricing depends entirely on scope — what HubSpot Hubs you need, what integrations are involved, your data migration complexity, and team training requirements. Most full builds for $1M–$15M businesses fall within a defined range we walk you through on a discovery call. No bloated retainers, no hidden fees. Every engagement starts with clear scope and clear pricing before any work begins.

How is the HubSpot Admin Retainer priced?+

Our Admin Retainer is priced in three tiers based on hours and scope: Starter (around 8 hours per month), Growth (around 20 hours per month), and Scale (40+ hours per month, custom-priced). Every tier is month-to-month with no lock-in — cancel anytime. See full retainer details here.

Do you offer payment plans?+

For larger builds and rescue engagements, we typically structure payments around project milestones — making it easier to align cash flow with the value being delivered. Specifics get walked through during scoping.

Do you require long-term contracts?+

No. Our Admin Retainer is strictly month-to-month — cancel anytime, no fees, no penalties. Project-based engagements (Builds, Rescue & Refresh, 90-Day Optimization) are scoped engagements with defined start and end dates. We don't lock clients into anything they don't want to be in.

Process & Timeline

How long does a HubSpot implementation take?+

Most full HubSpot builds take 4–8 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on complexity. Rescue & Refresh engagements typically run 3–6 weeks. Our 90-Day Optimization runs, naturally, 90 days. We don't rush builds — doing it right the first time saves you from doing it twice.

What does your engagement process look like?+

Every build follows the same four-phase structure: Architect (we map your business processes to HubSpot), Build (we configure the platform and run quality checks), Train (we hand off to your team with documentation and live training), and Launch (we go live with you and monitor performance). Clear stages. Clear deliverables. No black box.

Will my business be disrupted during the build?+

Not significantly. Most builds happen in parallel with your existing operations — we configure HubSpot in the background, then plan a coordinated cutover when ready. For rescues, we work alongside your team to minimize downtime. You're never locked out of your own portal during the engagement.

What does communication look like during the project?+

You'll have a dedicated project lead and access to our team via Slack, email, or whatever channel works best for you. Most builds include weekly check-ins, plus async progress updates. No agency black box. No "we'll send a status report next week." Real conversations, in real time.

All of them. Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub (formerly CMS Hub), and Operations Hub. Most engagements involve more than one Hub since modern HubSpot setups span sales, marketing, and service workflows. We architect across the entire HubSpot ecosystem.

Do you handle data migration?+

Yes. Whether you're migrating from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, spreadsheets, or another system, we handle the full data migration — including data cleansing, deduplication, mapping, and validation. We don't import dirty data into a clean system.

Can you integrate HubSpot with our other tools?+

Yes. HubSpot has 1,500+ native integrations and a robust API. We've integrated HubSpot with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite), eCommerce (Shopify, WooCommerce), event tools (Zoom, Calendly), data warehouses, and custom applications. If your stack has it, we can usually connect it.

Can a broken HubSpot be fixed, or do I need to start over?+

Almost always, yes — it can be fixed. Our Rescue & Refresh service is built specifically for portals that have been mishandled by previous agencies, internal teams, or simply outgrown their original setup. Every engagement starts with a full portal audit so we know exactly what's salvageable and what needs to be rebuilt.

Do you train my team on HubSpot after the build?+

Yes — training is included in every build. Your team gets live walkthroughs, role-specific documentation, and a recorded session library they can reference any time. Adoption fails when teams don't understand the system. We make sure that doesn't happen on our builds.

What HubSpot license or tier do I need?+

It depends on your goals — and we help you figure that out before you spend a dollar on HubSpot itself. Most $1M–$15M businesses land somewhere between Professional and Enterprise tier, often across two or three Hubs. We map your actual needs to the right tier so you're not overpaying for features you won't use.

Do I need to buy HubSpot through you?+

You can, but you don't have to. As a HubSpot Solutions Partner, we can help you procure your HubSpot license — often with partner-tier discounts. If you already have HubSpot, that's perfectly fine too. We work with both new and existing portals.

What if I'm not on HubSpot yet?+
